    Return and Exchange Polices

    Super Trooper is committed to 100% customer satisfaction for all products and services. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. As a Super Trooper customer, you are entitled to a full refund or an exchange for stock items.

    If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed. Some Items may be subject to a Restocking Fee and may require a Return Authorization. See Exceptions below.

    Returns in 30 Days

    Fill out the return form on the back of the Packing Slip included with your order. Provide a brief explanation of the problem and if you would like a refund or exchange. Please include the entire product packaging with all returned items. To avoid damage, ship items in secure packaging via UPS or US postal service. Items with defects in the material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD’s are not accepted.     Exceptions:

    All exceptions require a Return Authorization. Before making the return please call our Customer Service Department 1-800-633-2282 or contact us by email at customerservice@supertrooper.com.

    1.Before cleaning or repairing your uniform be certain you are completely satisfied with your purchase! Uniforms that have been worn (other than for initial fittings), soiled, washed or cleaned cannot be returned or exchanged. We do provide free alterations on all dress uniform for the life of the uniform. These Uniforms can be returned for alterations. These are basic alterations commonly associated with changes in a customer’s weight.

    2. Stock uniforms that have been altered or had anything sewn on will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. If you are not completely sure of your sizes, to avoid the 20% restocking fee, we suggest you order the uniforms without alterations. The item can then be returned to Super Trooper for free alterations or exchange.

    3. Custom items such as nametags, desk plates, engravings and custom-made uniforms cannot be exchanged or returned. However, in those rare instances that a mistake is made by our staff, we will make the necessary corrections to insure customer satisfaction at no additional charge.

    4. Be Sure the purchase was appropriate before you Use it! By law, sleeping bags, undergarments and other items that have been worn or used cannot be returned for credit or exchange. We will make repairs on factory defect items when possible and return the item to you. DO NOT send clothing, equipment or footwear that is soiled, washed or dry-cleaned. We will not accept your merchandise and it will be automatically returned to you.

    5. Footwear Returns. We want you to be totally satisfied with your footwear purchase. To insure your complete comfort and proper fit, try your footwear on indoors, preferably on a clean and carpeted surface. If the item feels uncomfortable - too tight, too loose, or awkward- send them back WITHIN 30 DAYS. Include all of the original packing for an exchange or credit. Good footwear should be comfortable when it is first put on your feet. A break-in only makes footwear more comfortable; it will not solve an incorrect fit from the start. DO NOT wear new footwear outside unless you are completely satisfied with the fit. Soiled or damaged footwear is not accepted for replacement or refund.

    Returns After 30 Days

    Before making a return after the 30 day grace period, you must call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-633-2282 or contact us by email at customerservice@supertrooper.com. Return Authorization must be provided by Customer Service before making the return. Return Authorization may be provided by Customer Service for valid reasons; however, the items(s) must be in new condition as shipped with all original product packaging. Items that require refurbishing are charged a minimum of 20% Restocking Fee. Super Trooper does reserve the right to deny an exchange or refund if these parameters are not met.

    Damaged Parcel or Evidence of Theft

    If your parcel was missing items, damaged or pilfered in transit, please retain the carton and contents intact as you received it. Call the delivering carrier for handling instructions and then immediately call our Customer Service Department 800-633-2282 for further instructions. We will work on your behalf to file a claim and see that you get a prompt resolution.

    Order Processing Policies

    Generally orders placed by the close of business Monday thru Friday (8:00 am - 6:00 pm) will ship the next business day. Exceptions to this are on items that require alterations and on items temporarily out of stock. Orders are shipped complete unless you indicate in comments that you wish to have a partial shipment . Partially shipped orders will incur additional shipping charges.

    Field Uniforms and Accessories that require name, rank or IR Tabs to be sewn on will generally ship 2-3 business days after receiving your order. However, we will make every effort to get your order shipped the same day.  If you have any doubt, call Customer Service (800-633-2282).

    Dress Green and Blue Stock uniforms generally ship within a week of placing your order, but we are very proud of the fact that we rarely take that long.  If you are in a time constraint, please call us @ 800-633-2282 and we will be happy to tell you exactly when it will ship, and when you an expect delivery.

    Custom uniforms and Mess Jackets are manufactured here and generally require 4 weeks manufacturing time before shipping. Manufacturing times do vary throughout the year, so if you need something Super Fast, please call us @ 800-633-2282.

    Shipping Policies

    We prefer to ship all orders by UPS which requires a street address. All packages shipped by UPS are traceable and location of a particular package can be determined readily. PO Boxes, APO/FPO and OCONUS (out of continental U.S.) will be shipped USPS and are not traceable (except USPS Express). Since we want to get your order shipped as fast as possible, Super Trooper reserves the right to change a selected un-available shipping method to one that is, for the same price.

    These rates apply to orders weighting up to 12 pounds and under $500.00. Orders over these limits will be calculated and we will call you prior to shipment. Normally ground shipment orders will be approximately 4% of the order subtotal.  

    Ground Shipping

     Normal shipping time is anywhere from 1 business day to 7 depending upon your location. All packages are shipped from Anniston, Alabama.

    2nd Day Air Shipments  (FAST)

    Available within the continental United States only. From the date of shipment, UPS guarantees to deliver your package within 2 business days. Business days are defined by UPS as Monday thru Friday. Weekends and Holidays are excluded from the business days.     Next Day Air Shipments (FASTER THAN FAST)

    Sales Tax Policies

    Super Trooper is incorporated in the State of Alabama and is required by law to charge sales tax to orders shipping to the State of Alabama. We do not charge sales tax to residents of any other state or territory.
